2010 Update Memo January 5, 2010 : Dear Customers: For 2010 aside from growing our selection we have also sharpened our prices on many products in order to help our dealers and distributors become more competitive and to capture more market share. We are also continuing to increase our inventories both at our factories and in Toronto. Our target is to meet 95% of all orders with immediate stock. Our goal is to do what it takes to increase activities with our dealers & distributors and become their most relied upon source. We have made several valuable improvements in our products to help optimize our quality and packaging. We have also grown our team to help better serve our clients. As the only Quarrier and Manufacturer of Natural Stone with a distribution center in Canada we GUARANTEE our prices to be the most competitive in the market on every item we supply. We are able to provide lower prices then our competition because we are fully vertically integrated from quarrying to manufacturing to supply. In addition, by utilizing the most efficient machinery and production systems in the industry we are able to pass the savings on direct to our clients without any agents, or middleman profiting in between, this is what separates us from the others.
